My stay at Hotel Nikko was a mixed bag. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to Market Street and Union Square with lots of shopping options. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, but I was disappointed by some inconsistencies, especially when it came to their luggage policy. The dining experience was decent, but the amenities come with extra charges, which feels a bit misleading for a hotel that claims to be luxurious.
