Excellent Hotel Experience
helpful staff perfect location
The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided great service. The location was perfect. It allowed easy access to several attractions. The room was clean.
The hotel charged aggressively to ask my room number before allowing me to do anything in the lounge. This was invasive and made me uneasy. I prefer a more discreet and polite approach to verifying credentials.

The fitness center and pool were really good. I found the water bottle filling stations on each floor very useful. I liked the staff a lot. They were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening wine with snacks in the lounge were a nice touch.
The hotel did not accept liability when an item went missing from the room, concerning.

i found the shower head to be old and calcified. this caused the water to spray inconsistently. the bathroom lacked appeal and quality for the price.
